Environmental Initiatives
1.Basic Philosophy
As a company that designs, manufactures, and repairs electronic equipment, SAMPA will make continuous company-wide efforts to protect the environment and effectively use and reuse resources in order to pass on a rich environment and limited and precious resources to the next generation.
2.Policy
We will position environmental conservation efforts as one of the most important management issues, and all management and employees will work together to promote these efforts.

Information Security Policy
1.Approach to Information Security
Based on the recognition that "ensuring information security is one of the most important management issues" in the conduct of our corporate activities, we have established information security objectives, and the entire company will work together to achieve them. To this end, we have established an "Information Security Steering Committee" under the Board of Directors to establish, introduce, operate, monitor, review, maintain, and improve ISMS.
2.Compliance with laws and regulations
We comply with the Personal Information Protection Law and other information security laws, other related regulations, and contractual security obligations.
3.Measures against unauthorized access and malware
We will take appropriate human, organizational, and technical measures to establish an ISMS that prevents information assets from being leaked, falsified, lost, stolen, destroyed, or damaged by use interference, malware, etc. We will also take appropriate measures to protect information assets from being lost, stolen, destroyed, or damaged by use interference, malware, etc.
4.Education and training
We continuously educate and train our employees and all those who work under our management to recognize the importance of information security and to operate ISMS.
5.Incident Response and Business Continuity Management
In the unlikely event of an information security problem, we will promptly investigate its cause, minimize the damage, and prevent its recurrence. We will also minimize business interruption due to disasters or malfunctions and ensure business continuity through prompt restoration.
6.Penalties
Any employee who violates the regulations on information security shall be subject to disciplinary action in accordance with the Employment Regulations. Other employees will also be punished in accordance with the employment regulations.
7.Management's Responsibility
Our management team will take the lead in promoting ISMS by expressing support and endorsement of the Information Security Policy.
